A skinny latte is just a latte made with non-fat milk. It won't have vanilla syrup (or sugar free vanilla syrup) in it unless you ask for it though.

They have a list of flavors. I had the caramel skinny latte today (they had about 5 flavors- i only remember caramel, vanilla and I think hazlenut)...it wasn't bad and I think it said the tall has 90 calories.

The Mocha was just OK. It had a chemical taste, like a diet soda. I was kind of disappointed
