scale
strange question probably..but what type of accurate,reliable bath scale do you have..
need to invest in one so I can track things as they progress..

Now, I have the Tanita InnerScan Body Monitor. It was pretty expensive but supposedly it tells you how much water is in your body and your fat %. I'm not sure I trust it for that, but the weight is accurate.
I got the Tanita because my WW scale that I've had for 3-4 years died. Overall, I preferred the WW scale and it was less expensive too.

I can tell you what NOT to get. I have a thinner (same jazz as jennie has body fat, % water etc) but every time I step on it, it give me a different meeting.
If I had to do it all over again I would get the ww one. My parents have that one and I'm jealous
