MS in School Administration from Touro?

has anyone done Touro classes? This MS is coming to our teacher center and I'd love to do it... also, do you think it REALLY matters where your Admin degree is from?

I did mine through CITE and enjoyed it..it was done nice and quick, and I don't think, if it's your second MS, it matters...I'd heard there was some Touro scandal not long ago, so I would be careful, but go for it if you'd like...can't hurt to have (that was my reasoning)

I would say go for it... you'll probably get a discount since it's being offered in district.

Touro does not have the academic reputation of other education schools, but for a second masters, it probably doesn't matter too much. I've heard Touro classes are extremely easy and so i think that's what gives it the reputation of being lower quality. but i've never taken classes there so i can't speak from experience

Karen, Thanks... I never really heard of it, so I assumed that... My BA is from Columbia and my MA is from Teachers College, so I sort of feel bad doing something not as regarded, but at the same time, it's for the salary bump and to potentially use later... my principal told me it really doesnt matter where you get your admin cert from
