Progresso Zero Point Soups ??
I had one today & it's really good ! Hoping to make it a regular WW food.
My question is would you still count it as zero points if you eat the whole can in one sitting ?? It technically has 2 servings in the can.

Wow! I don't do weight watchers but I'm surprised- the whole can is 120 cals! That's still less than you're supposed to have at 1 meal. I guess its still something though...
Just watch the sodium- its pretty high!

Re: Progresso Zero Point Soups ??
you should double the values (calories, fat and fiber) and calculate the points based on that.

ITA-We have this argument all the time with a woman at work, but my leader confirms..still a calorie bargain, but yes, watch the sodium! Someone just recommended Tabatchnick soups (cause I'm into soups lately, too) and they have very little salt, but you can control it..enjoy!

Re: Progresso Zero Point Soups ??
I eat those soups about twice a week..I won't combine that in a day where I have chinese or sushi though..way too much sodium and I make sure I drink all my water and eat fruit for breakfast.

Thanks ! I think it came out to 2 points so I wasn't sure if I was doing it right...being it started at zero.

Re: Progresso Zero Point Soups ??
These have a SICK amount of sodium in them- be CAREFUL. I would stay away for a good 2 days before a weigh-in . . .
