Need Ideas for Appetizers..

We are having a Super Bowl party at work

We have only a microwave and toaster oven

I want to make something at least kind of exciting, besides cheese and crackers or chips & dip

We already have someone brining in wings in a crock pot and chili in a crock pot.

Any suggestions??

I was gonna make the cold spinach dip in a bread bowl, but wanna bring something else also..

I buy the pre made fillo dough cups and fill them with brie and raspberry jam topped with pecan slivers. Heat them up and they are yummy!

chili dip

1 block cream cheese
1 can of chili
shredded cheddar cheese

I take the cream cheese and melt in micro, so it is soft and sopreadable, put in dispodsable aliminum pan, but not melted, heat up chili , put on top of cream cheese, then take cheddar cheese and sprinkle on top, heat in toaster till bubbly and cheese melted. Serve with tortilla chips. HTH
I made this the other day and it was a hit.
