What causes cold sweats?
I broke out in cold sweats this morning while getting ready for work. it used to happen to me a lot years ago, but hasn't since. my arms, palms and face were soaking wet. it's such a HORRIBLE feeling! I had to stop what I was doing and sit for a few minutes.
I was well rested and had no anxiety about anything. I got out of the shower, went into the kitchen and had a few sips of coffee. then it started 1/2 way through blow drying my hair.
anyone have an idea what causes this to happen?

Re: What causes cold sweats?
That is a terrible feeling. I just had this happen to me at work a week or so ago. I think it can be a number of different things. I think mine was from hormones. But, it can be from anxiety or not had eaten in awhile.

Re: What causes cold sweats?
hormones... interesting. I was hoping it would be something more specific so I could do something to prevent it from happening again.
I skipped the coffee this morning until after I dried my hair. I'm fine today.

I would def have to say that I agree with very low blood sugar.... I have been having this problem since I was about 9.
