Has anyone ever filed a complaint

with a Disney resort?

I mean an offical complaint.

We had a lot of things happen with our stay and we put complaints at the hotel, but honestly the really didn't seem to care.

I once sent a letter of general dissatisfaction about some issues but nothing very specific to the resort. Other then an automatic generated response, I never heard from them.

If you go that route, get the name of the general manager of that resort so you have a better chance of getting it read. Sorry you had some issues.

Check out the disboards - there are cast members who go on there - I bet if you asked over there they can tell you who to write to that will actually get you a real response.

i filed a complaint by mail with disney world - i found the address through their site.

We received the wrong tickets so i ended up having to pay for the water park -

so in response i received 2 tickets to one of the water parks

Yes and it was USELESS!!!!! We stayed at All Star movies for 2 nights before our package and I dreaded staying there again at the end but we had no other option.
