I need some new ideas for chicken breasts that are WW friendly.
Does anyone have some they could share?
Thanks!

Re: WW Recipes for Chicken
I make cacciatore a lot.... super easy....
1. a little oil in the bottom of a saucepan (6qt or 8qt), on medium heat...
2. then add sliced up green peppers...I usually use one pepper per two chicken breast. cover and let the peppers cook until the wilt a little.
3. Then add a can of tomatoes-I use red pack either diced or chunky, or if I have whole peeled in the house, I'll just crush them in the can before I pour them in....I usually use one can per 2 chicken breasts-but if I have 4 chicken breasts I do one can of red pack, and then one small can of tomato sauce....
4. Add chicken breasts, a little salt, a lot of pepper, and add about a tablespoon of red pepper--more or less to taste....and then it all come to a boil, and then turn it down to a simmer and let it cook for at least an hour. The chicken should be able to cut with a fork. Then serve by itself, or with pasta, or with bread, etc.....
As far as points, the only thing you're charging yourself for is the chicken....and then pasta if you have it with it....
Also, you can throw in some red wine if you have any lying around, let it cook off....or mushrooms...it's an easy recipe to change around...

Re: WW Recipes for Chicken
this is a ww chicken recipes sounds a little funny but honestly tastes good even my 10yr old likes it.
Can of diet coke, 1 1/2 cups of ketchup, salt, pepper and bonless chicken. Combine all ingredients into a frying pan and cooked on med for 1/2hr and then I usually simmer it for 15-20mins. I also make white rice and pour the chicken and the sauce over it. I think it taste like a light sweet bq sauce.
