I have graduated -
To 30 minutes on my new elliptical machine without giving myself an asthma attack !  - My goal is to get through SoapNet's 10PM General Hospital stint every weeknight - So, I'm 1/2 way there ........
I knew I was REALLY out of shape and got fat, but didn't know how bad it was until I stepped on that thing for the first time a few weeks ago and had to stop after 7 minutes when I 'used to' go for an hour with no problem -
I was SO ashamed of myself ........
Guess it was the kick in the a s s motivation I needed -

I can't work out in the morning - I just HATE getting out of bed -
I really want to keep this up and get to my hour status and then increase the intensity of the workouts - I have a closet full of beautiful clothes that don't fit me -
