I try to go for 6 but it ends up being 5 most of the time. I do cardio each day, and weights every other day (3 times a week). Sometimes I skip the gym and use a workout DVD at home for cardio days.

Well, I usually go 3 days a week and have a PT 2 of those days...those are the days I have a babysitter so DD stays home. I TRY to get on the treadmill on the other days while DD plays in her playroom, but, it doesn't always happen. So, I'd say I work out 5 days a week but only 3 days at the gym.

I always aim for 4 days of exercise (not necessarily at the gym). I'm lucky if I do anymore than that.

For years my friend has been saying, okay now I'm going to go to the gym 4-5 times a week. She never does and because it is such an unrealistic goal for her (due to her schedule) she ends up never going.

Each time I do the treadmill or elliptical and then 2-3 times a week I do a pilates reformer machine class. I try to do a different class once a week (pilates mat, kickboxing and spin).
