migraine suffers
I'm not trying to be funny, But do you ever get them around the time of the month? and if you do, do you get them as bad as the last month? Last month i didn't get a migraine, But this month O.M.G. all i wanted to do was sleep and the sunlight made it not easy for me to drive home... what is a good remedy to get rid of it?Thanks

Sure, I get menstrual or pre-menstrual migraines. I have a lot of classic migraine symptoms but I do not have a severe sensitivity to light. I do everything from putting a cold washcloth on my head to taking painkillers. I just try to get through those days knowing it won't last long.

My Dr. put me on a prescription for them. I also just go in my room in complete darkness and put an ice pack on my head and go to sleep. It's the only thing that helps.
ETA: I really don't get them around that time of the month but I do get regular headaches around that time of the month.
