Pork chops..spanish pork chops?
Ok...weird story I guess...
My ex is ecuadorian. His mom made THE BEST pork chops EVER! They always had such great taste. She never added much to it (although they were orange). But no onions or anything like that. Just a plain old pork chop cooked on the stove top.
I try to replicate how she made hers, over and over. I just cant!
Anyone out there know how to make flavorful pork chops? Specifically, spanish ones??

Did she use Sazon (sp?) I know my ex MIL used it in everything. It would make the pork chops orange.

def...rub one pack of sazon per four pork chops and also rub with adobo...let it sit for a couple of hours...then you can fry or grill till crunchy
try getting the chops that are thinner it's easier
