WW Meeting question
Am i the only one who likes to go every other week? I feel like the weight loss is more dramatic and it keeps me motivated more.

I go every week because I feel like it charges my batteries and gets my head in the game for the upcoming week. I need this reinforcement to keep going.
But hey if that works for you then great! 4.4 is aweesome but I would take 2.2 two weeks in a row too!
