Really delicious twist on WW No Point Soup
Just made this and it was soooo good (and filling!) I did use a little bit of olive oil so technically its not "zero points" but it was really small amount. v ery quick and easy
This is for a LARGE pot about 10-12 servings
3 onions finely chopped 3 cloves garlic **I used the mini chopper to get them really fine** 4 medium tomatoes (or 1 1/2 packages of cherry ones) 1/2 bag frozen turnips 1 bag of frozen "rustic" vegetables- Stop&Shop makes a really good brand called "Italian Antipasto" It has eggplant, squash, peppers, olives 3 large stalks of celery chopped 1 cup of V-8 5 cups of water
saute garlic and onions in about tablespoon of olive oil- spray them with a little olive oil if you have some
crush the tomatoes and stir in add 1/2 bag of turnips whole bag of frozen vegetables 1 cup v-8 add water stir / add spices to taste bring to a boil once boiling lower heat, cover, and let simmer for about 40 minutes
enjoy!!
