I only made a scarf so far. I want to make a sweater. I might start that next, but with the baby on the way, I am so into making baby clothes because they get finished faster!

Wait! I forgot that I made a black felt bag. I have to do the lining and add the button.

I feel like there is always a baby being born - that I'm knitting a blanket for. I just posted a pattern that I would like to do for myself!

I haven't made anything for myself in a while either. I just had a baby 10-1/2 months ago. I'm finally starting find my groove again. But I'm only making baby stuff. It's much faster and I'm also making a few sweaters for first birthday gifts.
When I do knit for myself, I typically make sweaters. What kind of a project are you looking for? I have so many cool patterns. Have you seen Knitting Nature by Norah Gaughan. She has beautiful patterns, especially if you like doing cables.

time for confession: i haven't made anything for myself, in a VERY LONG TIME. i, usually, knit for others
i'm hoping to make a cable cardigan to have at my desk at work... a/c in offices is always too cold for me.
i have to gather and/or take pictures of stuff i've made to post.
LOVE THE FELT PURSE!!!! i still haven't felted anything

I love that sweater. I've got some great cable knit cardigan patterns stashed around. (Some are in specific books and some from Vogue Knitting magazine.) I'm happy to share them. Just not sure how to work it  (I really have quite a few.)
I  cables. I just finally finished an aran sweater for my 6'3" DH.
It's too bad that your in NJ and I'm in NY.

I made myself a sequined bag. I really enjoyed working with the sequins.
And my mom and I took a class at the Village Knitter in Babylon and made a scarf.
