Yes, I have it. It's not my favorite...it's a great upper body workout, but virtually no lower body at all. The amped bar gets on my nerves too....I feel like it bulks me up more than just doing regular TaeBo.

Thanks I have pretty much all the other sets and my favorite is the advanced, but I like to switch it up so I dont get board and I felt that the boot camp bulked me up also. Thanks

my favorite is the advanced too...with the amped I found that I did the workout twice and I was bored with it, as opposed to the old advanced tapes that I can do over and over again. I don't know...I'm not a fan of the "gimmicks"...like the amped bar and the resistance bands...I like just the regular workouts.
