cast iron dutch ovens?
so, I got talked into buying one....what the heck can I make in this??? does anyone have one?

I have a Le Cruset Dutch Oven that I love and use all the time. Make all kinds of sauces, chili, fajitas, etc.

I have one like that also. its not like regular cast iron pots...its coated so makes it easier to clean than cast iron

I wished I had one twice in the last month. Once to make Goulash and another time to make this one dish pork chop dinner. I'm def buying one soon!!

I love the LeCrueset ones, but I am too cheap to buy one. You can do anything you can do in a slow cooker in one. And if you are low in iron, they help greatly!!

I love my Le Creuset dutch oven. I use it at least 2 times a week . The enamel coating makes it a breeze to clean.

I have the Mario Batali one that Crate & Barrel sells. I mostly make stews and chilis in it - anything that you would slow-cook.
