Cleaning Cast Iron
I dont know where this goes...home, recipes, or here. I just got a cast iron pan from Crate and Barell and it says on the back not to use soap-just hot water and a brush to clean. What kind of brush do I need? TIA

I use the rought side of a clean sponge or a spatula.
