Does anyone meditate?
If so how often do you do it and what exactly is your meditation regimen? I think this will be good for me to clear my mind. I am constantly go go going all day long and my mind doesn't stop. I thought if I took 15 minutes a day to reflect and relax it will help my daily well being. I tried it the other night and really liked it but I had no idea what I was doing.

I'm so bad - I actually used to meditate at the Buddhist Center in Huntington to discipline myself - and now at the end of the day, I'm too tired to do it, and have no time in the morning since Cailen wakes me up...
i know it doesn't sound like much, but I stop for a second everyday to just take everything around me, be present, and thank God for the life I have - I figure its a start!

That is exactly what I am trying to do. Life is flying by so fast I just want to take a second and slow down and enjoy it. Thanks Liza!
