qualitative review...
Anyone have this yet in their school?
My school is beyond freaking out.
How can I get through this?
Any words?
It is coming up fast.

It is coming up fast.
We just finished.. this week was a total nightmare.. report cards, conferences, and qualitative review all wrapped into one week.
Qualitative reveiw is the biggest bunch bs I have ever seen. They made us whip up these stupid binders that we hadn't used all year, change our portfolios, etc. etc. I am so glad it is over.
All I can tell u is... don't get wrapped up the nonsense.. just do what your principal wants and it will be over soon enough.

We have ours this week coming up.
I was told I've been "volunteered" to be one of the teachers observed for it 
I'm not doing anything different. If they don't like it, too bad. My AP & principal should have chosen someone else for them to visit.

I have mine this week...My trusty DATA NOTEBOOK is in my car....Apparently it looks pretty good (according to other teachers) I still want to add some more...I have heard they want to know individual learning goals for the kids...So I will be whipping that up this weekend..Thank God I only have 16!
