Old Mill Yacht Club in Howard Beach?
Has anyone been there? Is it a space you rent and have food catered in similar to a Knights of Columbus or a restaurant/catering facility? Tried searching on google and not much info about it on the web. I am going to a party there tomorrow and trying to figure out what to wear. It is in Howard Beach. The name sounds fancy but it might not be.  Hmmmm food or fashion

What kind of party is it? I tend to dress for the occasion not the place. I went to a wedding at a Knights of Columbus but wouldn't dress down for it because it's not a catering hall. Does that make sense?

Definitely makes sense and that is a good way to look at it. It's a birthday party. I did find a picture online and I am thinking I will be over dressed. Looks similar to a KofC hall so what I was thinking of wearing will be fine.

Thank you!! It will be a double dose of fun. Birthday party in afternoon and St. Patty's Day party in the evening. Looks like you are starting early!
