Re: Easter Menu?
I am going to my in-laws and then to my sister's house for dinner.. so I don't have to plan or cook. But I know their menus because Rob needs to figure out how much he is eating and which house he will pig out at first.
MIL is having a fresh ham and a roasted turkey, stuffing, roast sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and broccoli. She also makes a baked lasagna and garlic bread. Dessert is pine nut cookies and brownies.
My sis is having roast lamb with rosemary and garlic, carrots with chives and butter, new potatoes with dill, sugar snap peas and a salad of field greens with lemon & olive oil. Dessert is tropical fruit 'pizza' and strawberries with sour cream.
