For Girls that Exercise during Pregnancy
What do you do? Take classes? Treadmill?
I used to go the gym all the time about 2 months before getting pregnant, I stopped and then when I went to go back, I found out that I was pregnant. As per doctors orders, I was not to workout during my first trimester. Well, now that I am in my second trimester and feeling motivated, what do you think I can start doing?

Re: For Girls that Exercise during Pregnancy
I do the same workout that I've always done, but now I wear a heartrate monitor when I do cardio so that I can make sure that my heartrate doesn't get too high (I usually don't let it get over 160, although I've read that you're not supposed to let it go over 140 - depends on your fitness level I suppose).
I still lift weights, but when I do leg day I use light weights and do high reps.
I do modified ab work instead of regular crunches (I don't lie all the way back to the floor when I do a crunch - I only go half-way down).
So for you, I would just play it by ear. If you're used to working out, try to do your normal routine but at a less intense level, and see how you feel. You'll know when something doesn't feel right!

Re: For Girls that Exercise during Pregnancy
I worked out my whole pregnancy. I did about 50 mins cardio and some light wight training. I just didn't let me heartrate go above 140.
