A Tip That I Want To Share With You All
Yesterday while working out in the gym with my PT she told me that Asparagus, Broccoli, and Cauliflower is very important when you are trying to rid your body of water retention.
She said when she is doing fitness competitions she eats alot of this and it helps to flush excess water from your body.
Thought I would share.
