cardio. you need to run.

and crunches. leg lifts. I have a medicine ball and an exercise ball at home that I use. I love holding the big exercise ball between my legs and lifting them up as I raise my shoulders off the ground. KILLER but it works.

standard cruches, bicycle kicks, single and double legs lifts.

someone better than I can probably explain this more clearly. Chat Icon

If you're up for doing a 20 min video, I really like Rodney Yee's Yoga for Abs workout.

if you want, one or two days out of the week we can meet up and run along the Hudson river park.

I love running down there!

just bring baby wipes and a wash cloth. a wh0 re's bath will do just fine if you don't have a shower Chat Icon

Re: Flabby tummy exercises

When I was fanatical about doing Pilates, about 4 times a week, it made such a radical difference in my body, particularly my tummy, which as always been soft.

Jess I would love to do that!!!!!!!

I used to run with my friend in CP that summer before our wedding...that helped me lose a lot of weight as well.
