PMS Moodiness
I get this BAD. I get very emotional, very edgy and nasty. Are there any "remedies?" Or herbal supplements that help this?
I literally cringe when its that time and I pray for the day it passes every month.

Ginko and St Johns wart is supposed to be good. Maye sure you are getting enough calcium also

I was just reading that fish oil/omega 3 fatty acids are mood lifters
also I think the B vitamins help too....and supposedly eating a banana
