I'm falling apart these days ( Updated)
I dont mean emotionally I mean physically.... First the Dr tells me i cant have children ever, Than today i find out i have high blood pressure and they want to put me on Blood pressure medicine which i'm not comfortable with... I guess Little by little i'm falling apart, Ok pity party for myself is over..Thank you for letting me vent...Yes i know my issues are not that big of a deal but to me i guess i'm making it that way..Sorry.  oh and tomorrow they want to do a echocardiogram on me....What the HECK for?????

The Dr. called me this morning and everything is normal with my heart... I guess i'm not falling apart like i thought i was.

Have you maybe tried eating more organic food? I really think that some of the crap in conventional food really can mess up someone's system - not that its a cure or anything, but it could make you feel better...
Also, maybe a fresh squeezed vegetable juice from a health food store - not for the taste, but maybe a small one for the health benefits?
When I was suffering from adrenal burn out years ago, I fell apart physically. I focused more on my eating, and I wouldn't say it completely cured me, but it got me on the right path to making other healthy decsions... KWIM?

Well, Hmmmmm you are gonna have a problem...I'm reporting this to the Health Board...  J/K!!!
In all honesty, take it one day at a time! You are going to be fine!!
I'm not the healthiest eater out there, and I'm going to say, I like Liza's advice!!
Maybe take a trip up to Trader Joe's and see what they've got.
As for the echocardiogram, I'd call and ask the Dr. Why you need it...Just tell them you want more info...

I hope you feel better Ro. My Dr. ordered an echo for me because she heard a heart murmur. Maybe that could be why? Just a thought

Today they did the Echo sonogram on me and i heard my heartbeat.... So i will find out in two weeks if either i'm in trouble and who know's if i might need surgery, I dont want to think like that but the reality is if they do say something like that i need to have my mind set on it. But I'm 100% sure i am all fine.  Keep good thoughts and prayers for me..Thank you.

I'm just saying, I'm making a mountain out of molehills now....It's actually on both sides of my family with the heart, Remember nanny died from a stroke and my Father's dad had heart trouble. But i'm not saying i'm going to follow in their footsteps but it has crossed my mind and the thought that i 'MIGHT' take after them. But than again I will get a call in two weeks and they will say Dont worry you'll be fine.
