It seriously is a momentous day!
Not only did I pass my dissertation proposal today (post on NFR) but I weighed myself this morning and I was 139.5!  I have NOT been under 140 since HIGH SCHOOL! It's crazy! I don't know which I'm happier about. I think the weight loss.

So DH took me out to lunch to celebrate my proposal so I chose Sushi, which is nice and healthy. And then my labmate and I are drinking jack daniels in the lab and I had diet coke. I'm tipsy but I'll stay thin!
it's totally a motivator for the future since I know I did so well.

I just did my proposal in March so I know what a weight has been lifted off your shoulders  Now onto the list of proposed experiments!
