No muscle soreness = ineffective workout?
The first couple of days on the 30 day shred (level 1), I was in a world of pain. Even my eyebrows hurt.
A week later, the soreness has pretty much disappeared. Does this mean my body has gotten used to level one and it's time to move up to level 2?

Re: No muscle soreness = ineffective workout?
No. people tend to equate muscle soreness with workout effectiveness.
Your muscles get sore when you make your muscles do something that they just aren't used to doing. That's why in the beginning when you first start working out, you experience the most soreness.
As your body gets more used to what you're doing, your body gradually experiences less and less muscle soreness until it reaches the point where you are barely sore or even not sore at all anymore the day after a workout.
Hope that makes sense!

That was helpful, thank you!
I'll wait a few more days before I move up to level 2.
