take the sausage out of the casing and make a meat sauce to go over the bow tie pasta?

Cook the Sausage slice it, add Bowties, some Broccoli and garlic, drizzle with Olive oil

This is delicious - one of the few things DH will eat with my vegetarian sausage! I usually add peas or mushrooms too.
(Note: in addition to the can of tomatoes the recipe uses, I also add a can of crushed toms.)
