Maternity clothes
I want to get a gift for a preggo friend. Which stores do you find carry sizes that are closest to pre-preggo sizes? The gap carries such cute maternity clothes! I am going to order online so preferably on-line stores, please!!

Re: Maternity clothes
I would say either Gap or Old Navy are good. They have some really nice stuff too!

Re: Maternity clothes
Thank you. And they are pretty true to size? LIke if she was a medium pre-preg then she will still be a medium?

Re: Maternity clothes
We just had a thread going about the Gap the other day - most everybody (except me!) thinks that the sizes run true to size. I say they run small....... Maternity clothes are a pain in the butt as far as sizing. But I'd get her something a little big, because she'll eventually be able to fit into it.

I just asked this same question a couple of days ago. Some women said they ran true, some said they ran big and some said they ran small. I guess it just depends on what the item is. The good thing about Gap.com is that you can return and exchange instore.
Nordstroms also has some really nice maternity clothes.

Thank you all for the advice. I guess if it didn't fit she can always return it!
Sorry, I didn't realize there was already a post about this! I will do a search now.
