gnocchi

i bought some last week at TJs ... now I need a recipe. I found one with burnt butter, but I'd probably really burn the butter, so I'm not using that.

I can't eat tomato sauce either

thanks

I love this one: gnocchi with broccoli fontina sauce.

You can halve the recipe and substitute any kind of cheese you prefer.

Re: gnocchi

ok, here's what I did and I loved
it

in a nonstick pan, some butter and oliver oil
one shallot choipped and mushrooms in quareters
in a pot, water to boil, and added the gnocchi

drained the gnocchi and added to the pan
the water was startchy, so I boiled fresh water, threw in broccolli florets, green beans and forzen peas for a couple minutes
added this to the pan
deglazed with a little chicken brothe, and added fresh grated asiago cheese, and a spoon of parm cheese

came out great !
