What would you make with thin cut chicken breasts?
I bought the thin cut chicken breasts from the supermarket. I don't want to just fry them...any other ideas?

I make chicken parm (not fried, just baked)
Grilled with roasted red peppers and fresh mozzerella

Marinate them in Italian dressing and grill them (you can bake them too and they'll still come out yummy).

thats the only kind of chicken i use. you can make just about anything. just dont cook it as long as regular cut.

I made them on Monday. I marinated them in bbq sauce and threw them on the foreman. I made pasta salad and corn on the cob with them.
