I like them boneless. I shake and bake them or put them on the grill with some BBQ sauce.

i put sage, salt and pepper on them and brown them in a pan. Then I make cinnamon apples to put over them

I put Sazon on them, let them sit in the fridge for an hour or so, them fry in a little olive oil.

bread them with flour & herbs, fry them in a pan and then mix a can of crem of chicken soup with water and then serve the sauce over the pork chops with rice.

i porefer thuick cut
thin cut i overcook all the time
however they are good if cookedfd a short wtime only (6-7 minutes) marinde in fresh chopped rosemary, balsamic vinegar, garlic and salt all mixed together

Dredge them in seasoned flour (wondra, salt, pepper, garlic), dip them in egg and coat them in Panko.
Delicious.

I rub them with dijon mustard, and coat them in breadcrumbs with parm cheese. I either use homemade breadcrumbs or the unflavored ones, not the italian ones

I bread them like chicken cutlets. Slice an onion, a few regular and sweet potatoes and bake for 30-45 minutes.

i like this discussion. i've dipped them in dijon, breaded them and fried them up or baked them...
or just put a little evoo and some rosemary and garlic...
i dont buy them too often though...
