WW--do you go to meetings?
I think I want to join WW again... I have done it in the past but have never gone to meetings... Do you go?

Meetings are the only way I have been able to lose and keep the weight off . . .

I bought WW books and calculators online and have never officially "joined" WW.
This is my 2nd time doing it this way..
the 1st time I lost 60lbs
this time Im down about 13lbs...
I am participating in a Biggest Loser contest at work, so I still WI every week...

I used to but have stopped. I think at the beginning it's definitely better to go to the meetings. You will really learn a lot from them.
