Anyone have a good recipe for Palacsinta?
this is my dad's favorite dessert and he has not had it since my grandmother passed away. Unortunately, she never made them for me and she passed away when I was 7. I know he said she used a cheese filling. My mom said it was probably pot or farmer cheese. Does anyone know how to make them or have a hungarian relative they can ask? TIA! I would like to make them for him for father's day.
