we are so preliminary
but DH and i looked at 5 townhouses (down here in MD) today 
right now we are just seeing the areas and layouts that we like (beacuse neither of us are from here we are taking a while to make sure we pick the right neighborhood and one me can afford, houses here, just like up there, are so expensive!! )
i cant believe we are really doing this (and committing to staying here)
