I got a sewing machine!
I've never posted on this board before, but I really love crafts.
I knit, crochet and pretty much do anything craft related.
I've really been wanting a sewing machine and I'm working on getting an embroidery machine soon.
DH got me an old fashioned sewing machine table! The one where the sewing machine folds into the table.
It's a Singer and really old, but I can't wait to start using it

I have 2 singers one of which folds into the table, is the machine an old machine or is it new but looks old?
IMO the older singers are so much better. (I've been sewing for about 10 years and went to fashion apparel design school) they parts last so much longer since 99% of them are all metal, where as the machines today are made with plastic parts that just don't last.
Either way Congrats on the sewing machine. You can make so many things!!
