Exercise??

Okay so I HATE going to the gym. I feel like everyone is staring at ME no matter how many people are there.
(Yes, I have issues LOL)
Anyway, I go to Planet Fitness in Bay shore.
If I go and do the 30 minute circuit training (like what they have at curves) and then ride the bike for say 45 minutes.....do this 3 times a week and then crunches/sit ups when i get home is that enough of a "workout"?

You know honestly, I get SOOO bored with traditional workouts and with the gym. I just lose my interest and steam.

Instead, this time, I've dedicated myself to doing *something* active everyday, for at least 30 minutes.

Most days that means something as simple as taking a brisk walk during my lunchhour.

I've lost close to 20lbs that way, with eating right, and I don't feel like it's a workout or something I dread everyday.

It sounds pretty good but I would vary your cardio. Ride the bike one day, brisk walk on the treadmill another day, throw in a few minutes of elliptical. If you are always doing the same routine then your body will get accustomed to it and you won't lose as much weight.
