BABY MOON?
Did you are are you take a babymoon vacation before your baby was born? DH wants to, and as much as I would like to, I keep thinking the money we spend on that could be used to pay bills and allow me another month off with my babies.

We did, when I was about 16 weeks pg. It wasn't a BIG honeymoon-type vacation, we went to Key West for 4 days. It was quiet and relaxing, just what we needed. The kind of trip we probably won't be taking for a while after the baby comes!

We were just taking about that last night - and I told DH I NEED to take one.
I told him that once the baby is born, it will be at least 6 months before we go away again and that won't be without phone calls home to check on baby.
we made sure we did alot of traveling since getting married 2 years ago to be ready for this.
as of now, our options are: florida, chicago or san diego.
When, out of the 9 months, is it not safe to travel anyway?

We went to Vegas before we got pregnatn so we can have one last drinking/partying vacation.
We are going to Miami with my sister, BIL and her 7 month old- so I don't know how much of a "babymoon" it will be- since a baby will be there- just not ours

We did but it was also for our 1 yr anniversary. We went to Aruba for one week.
ETA: I was 13 weeks.

We went to San Fran when I was about 12 weeks for a long weekend. We were thinking lets take advantage since we probably won't get to go away after the baby comes.

When I was about 12 weeks we went to visit some friend in Florida and spent 2 days in Orlando also. It was nice to get away.

Yes! We are going to Hawaii! We leave next Thursday!  We have not gone on vacation in two years (except for an occasional weekend away). We are doing this because we know that there will not be any vacations after the baby comes!

yes, we went to puerto rico for 5 days last year. i was 22 weeks when we went. we had a great, relaxing time!!

We are! In 4 weeks we're going to St. Lucia, Sandals Grand St. Lucian for 5 days. I'll be 19 weeks.
