Grilled Vegetables?

For the 4th, I will grill Asparagus, mushrooms and onions. What other veggies can I grill??

zucchini always grills nicely. I LOVE grilled eggplant too

When I grill veggies on the BBQ, I make
eggplant, zucchini, red bell peppers, yellow squash, portobello mushrooms, endive(vut in 1/2), a small head of raddichio, asparagus, and fennel.

I cut long ways so they are all about the same size, put in a bowl with EVOO, garlic cloves salt, pepper, and marinade for up to a day (the longer the better tasting)
grill on the BBQ on low flame, when finished,
put on a platter, squeeze fresh lemon all over, or white balsamic vinegar.
