question about registery

when you register or when you did register did you reguster for everyting to match ? did your car seat, high chair, pack and play etc.. all have the same pattern or did you register for various patterns? Just wondwering? Knowing me i am goign to try and do a pattren but i am like obseessed with things matching LOL

my stuff doesn't match...my sister said she went with things that look better rather than quality and I learned not to do that from her...she agreed

I registered for various patterns.

We got most of the FP Acquarium stuff (bouncy, swing, and high chair).

The stroller - we got the Eddie Bauer travel system in black and white bc it was one of the taller ones and DH wanted a masculine pattern.

Pack n play is Eddie Bauer also, but a different color than the stroller.

DH wanted to carseat to match the interior of the car.

My infant carrier(aka car seat) and stroller match, I wanted that to match. Our pack n play also matches the stroller and infant car seat but that wasn't on purpose. Nothing else matches. My swing and bouncy seat are both Fisher Price Aquarium, but again that was just a coincidence.

my car seat is different brand and design from stroller, baby will only be in the car seat for 6 months plus i wont be using the stroller and car seat for long so why bother with matching unless is a good travel system or a pattern you like.

My bouncer seat and pack n play are the only 2 things that match. The matching swing and highchair to the set didn't get such hot reviews so I went neutral with them and got a better company. I have a travel system that matches and our carseats match the interior of our cars. Other than that it's very hard to get the full set of matching pieces especially if you are going by reviews and Baby Bargains Book. I am neurotic about things like that also but if you pick neutral all of the pieces around the house won't look so bad. HAppy registering!!

Nothing I registered for matches. I picked the item I liked best in that particular category rather than what matched what else I was choosing. Other than on display in the store, I really don't think its that important for everything to be "matchy matchy".

I haven't registered yet, but the only thing I am matching is the stroller and the infant seat. I don't think it makes any difference if my high chair matches my stroller. Its not like they'll be used together... its all about the best quality.

Very few items that I chose match.
I picked a few Fisher price Aquarium items that match, but over all I registered by quality not what matched.

The only things that match are our pack n play, bouncer and highchair, cause we liked the color and it went with our decor at home. We figured those would be the items that would be out in the open the most.

Nothing else matches, we have the baby papasan swing, graco travel system, britax marathon carseats in 2 different patterns.
