My Knee
In a nut shell, I fell awhile ago (maybe say 2-3 months ago) walking up the stairs from the subway.
My knee was all bruised and swollen but that went away over time.
I had pains in my knee and went to the DR and they did an xray and nothing showed up. For the past 2 weeks I can not extend my leg out straight because I get this kind of burning feeling in my knee that travels up and down my whole leg. The back of my knee is starting to hurt also.
Should I go to an Orthopedic (?) dr and maybe they will send me for an MRI?

Yes definitely do this & get an MRI. It can see the tissue that cannot be seen on an XRay. Hope you feel better!

I would definitely go to an orthopedist...I know my ortho. sent me for an mri and did a thorough exam to see hte extent of my pain throughout my body
