What kind do you have? And maybe mine aren't made for what I'm doing, but they slide down my nose because of the sweat. Is there a trick to stop that or should I just break down and buy a pair of oakly type? Chat Icon

Oakley's have always been my top pick for workouts. They stay put and I always feel like I am not really wearing any eye wear at all.

Re: Can we talk sunglasses and running?

I typically don't like running with anything other than my sneakers, shorts, and tank top. If I have to, I'll throw on a hat, especially if it's raining.

I've tried running with sunglasses, they get fogged up and start to slide, like you said, so I just gave up on them. I also can't run with an iPod or any sort of water-carrying device. They all get so cumbersome after a while.

I love my Oakley's for running. I buy them from backcountry.com, they have excellent prices and services.

I don't wear sunglasses, I wear a visor in the summer or a hat when it's cooler.

I just feel more anonymous with my sunglasses AND hat. Like none of my students won't recognize me Chat Icon Normally, the hat keeps the sunglasses in place, but the sweatier I get, the less they stay in place.

ETA: Even with a hat, I still squint without the glasses so I def. need both on sunny days.

Here too, and I'm persistant since finding sun sport on my temples - which I think is from running without a hat.
