Ouch!
After taking last week off from the 30 day shred to switch it up w/my oldie but goodie Firm tapes, I went back hard core w/level 3 today. I'm sore now - just a few hours later, I'm going to be in serious pain tomorrow! But I LOVE IT! I feel like it has the cardio the Firm tapes are missing, and really mixes things up for me. Wish I could get into running which would solve my cardio problem, but I'd have to DRIVE somewhere to do it, whereas I can just pop a DVD in at the house and be done in 25 min. Any tips the cardio lovers can share w/me to get me to do more? I'm pretty toned but really need to shed some fat. Thanks!

Not really. I live on a very narrow country road (in VA) so it really isn't safe. I'd have to drive to a nearby elementary school, which I could do, but I work out early, it's still dark out which freaks me out a little. As I write this I'm realizing I'm making excuses. Maybe I need to just DO IT!
