Change in period from running?
Did anyone notice a change in their flow/length of cycle when they started running?
I got it Friday and now, it's practically gone. And when I got it, I GOT IT, it's not a spotting thing either.
Just wondering if a shorter cycle is a lovely side effect?

Re: Change in period from running?
Yes a shortened period could definitely be from running or a change in nutritional intake.
Training coupled with poor nutrition can eliminate your period all together. This is a condition known as amenorrhea. This can lead to loss of calcium from the bones (causing stress fractures, osteoporosis). If this does happen, I suggest seeing a doctor.

My diet hasn't really changed too much. Actually, I think it got healthier and I have been drinking a ton morewater.
