Weird Question about Re-heating Beef
I have hamburger leftovers that I want to eat but the problem is - and this happens with steak also - that when I re-heat - it becomes too well done for me - it goes from pink to brown. Any way to stop that from happening, or duh, if I'm re-heating it, of course it's going to cook more!

how are you reheating it? in the microwave?
try to do it on the stove in a pan with a cover on it. No matter what you do, you are going to cook the steak/beef while heating it up
