Well.. they were right. In Sept. things DO pick up
So ALL SUMMER I have been looking for a job. I've sent out countless resumes, spoke to dozens of recruiters. I got 2 interviews, 1 offer (which was for less money and more work).
Everyone kept telling me how things pick up in September. Well this week, I got 3 calls for interviews!!!! Two are very promising!!! Plus another job that a headhunter said will be available after Labor Day. She already presented me and they are "very interested"!
So wish me luck! Hopefully I'll find my dream job next month and say sayonara to this hellhole!!!

That is AWESOME and this is so encouraging. I'm in the same boat have been looking for a month or two and one interview, I'm REALLY hoping things pick up!!!!

Good luck and I've noticed the same thing. Heard nothing all summer and been called for 2 interviews in the past 5 days.
Things are looking up
