Calories in Ralphs Ices
Anyone have info on the nutritional info of Ralphs Ices? I saw something online that said a serving is 150 calories (which it prob accurate) and 10 g of fat (which I hope not, since they are not that good). Anyone have any info?

Ive been trying to figure this out forever.
I always get the sugar free mint chip in a small...
Ive been counting it as 2-3 points...
So far it hasnt done any damage... Im still losing weight each week...
I think if you stick to the sugar free menu- it wont be so bad.

This info is from one of my BF's (who owns 4 Ralphs on LI.
water ices= 1pt pr scoop
cream ices= 3 pts pr scoop
She did not know fat grams or calories off hand, just the ww values. Hope this helped!
