Does anybody ever wonder....
how people on those commercials say they lost 20 pounds and 7 dress sizes? UM WHAT?!?!?!? I understand the difference between lean muscle mass and inches vs weight and blah blah blah. But seriously, am I the only one that doesn't change much in the size of their clothes?
For instance, I've lost 75 pounds and 2-4 dress sizes (depending on the cut). Guess I'll never do one of those commercials.

Yeah I wonder the same thing. Is a size one # ex: 18/20 14/16 13/14 11/23 ect..are those considered ONE size or TWO sizes??
